Since 1999, SWY Consulting has served the WA Public Sector with consultancy services. These include staff performance investigations, conduct assessments, disciplinary matters, and grievances. As a CUA provider, SWY offers Job Design, Classification, and Investigation Services. We also provide recruitment services to Commonwealth/Federal agencies.

SWY handles Job Design and Classification for WA Public Sector agencies, collaborating with HR personnel to review structures, develop JDFs, consult stakeholders, and prepare reports to standards. Additionally, we offer HR consulting on corporate structures and development opportunities.
